HEDES works with professionals who understand that lighting is part of a wider responsibility. It influences the architecture, the interior atmosphere, the technical execution, the commercial structure, and ultimately, the reputation of everyone involved in the project. Our Business-to-Business division supports architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, developers, contractors, procurement companies, hospitality groups, retailers, and private client representatives through a single, comprehensive lighting partnership. From early design discussions to final delivery, HEDES provides decorative lighting, architectural lighting, bespoke chandeliers, technical solutions, project coordination, and professional commercial support through a single, integrated platform. We approach B2B as a long-term professional alliance built on precision, responsiveness, discretion, and trust.

Projects require more than products and quotations. They require interpretation, coordination, commercial awareness, and the ability to respond when drawings change, dimensions evolve, or timelines become more demanding. HEDES studies the architecture, interior language, project scale, and the end client’s expectations before developing a suitable lighting direction. This allows our partners to work with greater certainty while reducing the need to manage multiple disconnected suppliers. Decorative, architectural, technical, and bespoke requirements can be coordinated under a single project vision.

HEDES collaborates with professionals across the design, construction, hospitality, retail, and property sectors. Our partners include architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, developers, main contractors, fit-out companies, MEP contractors, procurement firms, hospitality operators, retailers, galleries, furniture companies, design studios, and private client representatives. Each discipline approaches the project differently. Architects focus on proportion, structure, and spatial identity. Interior designers develop atmosphere, material character, and visual continuity. Contractors require accurate information, coordinated delivery, and dependable execution. Developers seek quality, commercial control, and long-term project value. Procurement teams require clarity, documentation, and reliable order management. HEDES brings these priorities together through one coordinated service.

One of the principal advantages of working with HEDES is the ability to coordinate decorative and architectural lighting with a single partner. A project may require chandeliers, wall lights, and pendants alongside recessed lighting, linear systems, façade lighting, landscape illumination, and concealed LED details. When these elements are sourced without a unified direction, differences in finish, color temperature, quality, and visual language can weaken the overall result. HEDES considers the project a single, fully illuminated environment. Decorative lighting establishes identity and presence. Architectural lighting provides structure, hierarchy, and visual comfort. Together, they create a more coherent and sophisticated result.

B2B product selection begins with the project, not with the catalog. HEDES reviews drawings, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, renders, schedules, mood boards, and project briefs to understand the visual, technical, and commercial requirements. For decorative lighting, we consider scale, diameter, height, suspension, crystal character, finish, and proportion. For architectural lighting, we consider output, beam angle, glare control, color temperature, color rendering, dimming, and installation method. This project-based approach helps protect both the design intent and technical suitability.

Projects often require technical review before final approval. Depending on the product and scope, HEDES can provide available technical data, dimensions, installation details, electrical information, material descriptions, finishes, driver specifications, and performance documentation. These submittals support consultant review, contractor coordination, and client approval.

Finishes and materials often need to be evaluated physically before approval. Where available and relevant to the project, HEDES can support sample review for selected finishes, crystal types, profiles, diffusers, decorative elements, or architectural lighting components.

HEDES prepares project quotations according to the approved or proposed scope. Quotations may be structured by product, area, level, package, or project phase to support easier review and comparison.

B2B projects often require commercial arrangements that reflect volume, continuity, and project scale. HEDES may provide project-based commercial support for approved professional partners, subject to the scope, quantities, product category and terms of engagement.
